RE: MEXICO TRAVEL POLICY
Date Range of Policy Changes: April 27, 2009 – May 10, 2009
Cities/Area Affected: All points in Mexico including, but not limited to:
Mexico City, Mexico (MEX); Acapulco, Mexico (ACA); Cabo/Los Cabos, Mexico (SJD); Cancun, Mexico (CUN);
Cozumel, Mexico (CZM); Guadalajara, Mexico (GDL); Guaymas, Mexico (GYM); Hermosillo, Mexico (HMO);
Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo, Mexico (ZIH); Manzanillo, Mexico (ZLO); Mazatlan, Mexico (MZT); Puerto Vallarta, Mexico (PVR).
Skylark has relaxed ticketing policies for our passengers who are using our ground shuttle service to connect
with an airline or bus line for travel to/from Mexico including but not limited to the cities listed above. This
modification of our policies is due to an influenza outbreak in Mexico. Skylark will waive the standard change
fee, advance reservation and ticketing requirements for customers with travel to, from or through the cities
listed above. Skylark will also provide refunds on cancellations made due to the warnings issued by the World
Health Organization. Such refunds will be made on a case by case basis.
Customers traveling on certain tickets – such as some available from third-party ticket discounters, including but not
limited to discount travel websites – may not have all elements of the policy available to them. Tickets issued by Skylark
for travel on airport shuttles other than Skylark, Skylark Airport Express or DFW Airport Express will follow the rules of
the company operating the shuttle(s).
All passengers traveling on our shuttles MUST report whether they have traveled to/from or through Mexico within the
last 30 days.
